Zoom Integration Guide

Overview

Zoom is a widely deployed cloud communications and collaboration platform used for meetings, phone, and messaging across the enterprise. Its security posture depends on certificates in a few important places – the SAML signing certificate behind single sign-on, and TLS certificates on any on-premises Zoom components such as Meeting Connector. CertSecure Manager keeps these certificates tracked and renewed so collaboration services stay available and trusted.

Key Use Cases

  • Track and renew the SAML signing certificate used for Zoom single sign-on, so authentication does not suddenly fail for the entire organization when that certificate reaches its expiry date. Owners are notified well before the deadline rather than after an outage.
  • Manage the TLS certificates on on-premises Zoom components, such as Meeting Connector, from initial discovery through renewal, applying the same lifecycle rigor used for the rest of the estate.
  • Alert certificate owners well ahead of expiry and maintain a complete audit trail of Zoom-related certificates, supporting both service uptime and compliance reporting.
