Export Compliance Overview
Users are required to access and use our products and services in compliance with applicable laws, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws. These laws may restrict our ability to make certain products and services available to users in specific countries and territories. Additionally, users in these regions are prohibited from using methods such as IP proxies or VPNs to disguise their location when accessing our offerings.
There are also instances where we may choose not to make our products or services available in certain countries and territories.
Compliance with Trade Controls
Our enterprise and cloud offerings are primarily subject to these trade controls, though other managed products and services may also be affected. These controls do not apply to our open-source code, which is hosted on GitHub and subject to GitHub’s trade controls.

Traveling to restricted regions may impact your ability to access our products or services, but only while within the restricted area.
If an organization is located in a restricted country or territory, or if an individual attempts to access our offerings from such a region, the organization account and affiliated owner account may be restricted until the issue is resolved. Organization owners may submit support tickets via our support portal if they believe they have been impacted.
